Clothes do look better on thin people, there’s no question of that. I’m very surprised when people say that models are too thin. I know many of the girls about whom this is said – I see them close up at fashion shows – and they’re not thin as far as I’m concerned. They’re thin enough, they’re beautiful. The ones who are ill, that’s something else. But I don’t think things have changed. Girls in fashion have always been thin.
